Privacy policy
This explains what we collect when you ask us for a roof estimate, why we need it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. Effective September 1, 2026.
The short version
- We collect your name, email, mobile number, and property address so we can measure your roof and send you an estimate.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to another roofing company.
- We do not send marketing texts. The only texts we send are the one-time codes that confirm your number.
- Aerial imagery of your property is deleted after 90 days.
- You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
What we collect, and why

We ask for a property address, which is often a home address. We use it to locate the building and nothing else.
We do not pass your information to another roofing company
Kuntry Steel and Gutters, LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any other roofing, guttering, or home-improvement contractor, and does not sell it to lead brokers or marketing companies. If you ask us for a price, that request stays with us. This is a commitment we are making to you, not a preference we reserve the right to change quietly — if it ever changes, it will only apply to information collected after we have told you.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the service. They only receive what they need to do their part, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else:
- Our email provider — to send your verification code and your estimate. Receives your email address.
- Our text-message provider — to send the one-time code. Receives your mobile number.
- Our hosting and database providers — they store the information on our behalf.
- An automated roof-analysis service — receives an aerial image of the building and returns measurements. It does not receive your name, address, email, or phone number.
- Our website analytics provider — counts page views so we can see which pages people use. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not receive your name, address, email, or phone number.
Aerial imagery and building outlines come from public government sources. Asking for an estimate does not tell those sources anything about you.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim — for example if there is a dispute about an estimate we issued or work we performed.

Imagery of your property expires first and soonest, because it is the most sensitive thing we hold and it exists only to justify a number we have already given you.
Asking us to remove your information
Write to us at (660) 924-2635 or PO Box 3435, Clinton, MO 64735 and we will remove your personal details from our systems.
One honest limitation: where we have already issued you an estimate, we keep the estimate itself, because it is a commercial and tax record we are required to retain. What we remove is your name, email, phone number, and address, so that record can no longer be connected to you.
You can also ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Cookies
We use cookies only to make the service work: to remember where you are in the estimate process so you can come back to it, and to keep staff accounts signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there is nothing here to opt out of.
Children
This service is for property owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already collected.
